\t\t\t\tEl 26 de abril era el d\u00eda en el que PP-PAR cambiar\u00edan oficialmente los dos nombres de las lenguas minoritarias de Arag\u00f3n. \u201cLengua Aragonesa Propia del \u00c1rea Oriental (LAPAO)\u201d para referirse al catal\u00e1n, y \u201cLengua Aragonesa Propia de las \u00c1reas Pirenaica y Prepirenaica (LAPAPYP)\u201d para llamar al aragon\u00e9s. El anuncio y presentaci\u00f3n de la nueva ley de lenguas ha colocado al gobierno aragon\u00e9s en el lado de los rid\u00edculos m\u00e1s absolutos de la comunidad cient\u00edfica mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Cuando el 9 mayo la mayor\u00eda PP-PAR voten en las Cortes, el catal\u00e1n y el aragon\u00e9s dejar\u00e1n de ser reconocidos en Arag\u00f3n y otro derecho se nos habr\u00e1 sido robado. Esta vez sin ninguna excusa econ\u00f3mica, a pesar de los intentos de confusi\u00f3n populistas de M\u00ba Jose Ferrando, con el empleo de los \u201cpinganillos\u201d, herramienta cotidiana de su trabajo en Bruselas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas no puede entender como estos mismos partidos ya se han encargado de acabar con los tradicionales premios Arnal Cavero (aragon\u00e9s) y Guill\u00e9n Nicolau (catal\u00e1n) de literatura, unific\u00e1ndolos y desacredit\u00e1ndolos hasta quedar desiertos. Ni aun los medios m\u00e1s afines como Heraldo sab\u00edan como entender la decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Medios estos, por otro lado, que ya van abriendo camino desde hace algunos meses, intentando asimilar la lucha por los derechos ling\u00fc\u00edsticos, el multiling\u00fcismo, o la ense\u00f1anza en otra lengua que no sea el castellano, en una lucha por los derechos en pro de un biling\u00fcismo for\u00e1neo ingl\u00e9s-castellano, franc\u00e9s o alem\u00e1n. Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas quiere denunciar que el \u00fanico fin de esta obsesi\u00f3n es la de cerrar el debate de la ense\u00f1anza en lenguas minorizadas en el Estado espa\u00f1ol. El anuncio, d\u00eda sin otro, del nuevo Plan de Biling\u00fcismo del Gobierno de Arag\u00f3n, la aparici\u00f3n de las APA\u2019s en una lucha por esta ense\u00f1anza p\u00fablica biling\u00fce for\u00e1nea, y la publicaci\u00f3n de esta noticias en medios no muy habituaus a ello, son buena prueba de ello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Desde sectores pol\u00edticos como Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas llevamos a\u00f1os defendiendo las ventajas de este sistema. No obstante, mientras los medios oficiales nos van acostumbrando insistentemente a esta nueva situaci\u00f3n biling\u00fce, desde sectores de la izquierda y\/o lucha trabajadora tambi\u00e9n se ha abierto un debate, que ya cre\u00edamos lo hab\u00edan cerrado. Por las mismas fechas que las cortes de Arag\u00f3n votar\u00e1n y aprobar\u00e1n la negaci\u00f3n del catal\u00e1n y aragon\u00e9s, CGT organiza un Congreso sobre el biling\u00fcismo en Zaragoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas siempre ser\u00e1 a favor del multiling\u00fcismo, por supuesto, no vamos a descubrir ahora los beneficios de este sistema. Discutidos durante siglos por el espa\u00f1olismo. Pero un multiling\u00fcismo respetuoso con las denominaciones internacionales y acad\u00e9mica, donde la administraci\u00f3n tiene que asegurar la disponibilidad ling\u00fc\u00edstica y donde la alfabetizaci\u00f3n general del sistema educativo sea al menos en la lengua materna de esos pueblos a lo largo de siglos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

April als Datum, um die Bezeichnung der beiden aragonesischen Minderheitensprachen ofiziell zu \u00e4ndern. Die Bezeichnung\u00a0 \u201cEigene aragonesische Sprache des ostlichen Gebiete Aragoniens\u201d (auf spanisch \u201cLengua Aragonesa Propia del \u00c1rea Oriental\u201d, LAPAO) wird jetzt anstatt \u201cKatalanische Sprache\u201d verwendet. \u201cEigene aragonesische Sprache der Pyren\u00e4en und Pre-Pyren\u00e4en\u201d (\u201cLengua Propia de las \u00c1reas Pirenaica y Prepirenaica\u201d, LAPAPYP) ersetzt den Terminus \u201cAragonesische Sprache\u201d . Mit der \u00f6ffentlichen Bekanntmachung des neuen Sprachengesetzes kann sich die aragonesische Regierung vor der internationalen Wissenschaftsgemeinde nur blamieren.\nWenn dieses neue Sprachengesetz am 9. Mai im aragonesischen Parlament (in dem PP-PAR die Mehrheit der Sitze haben) beschliessen wird, werden Katalanisch und Aragonesisch nicht mehr als Sprachen annerkannt und wieder einmal wird dem aragonesischen Volk ein Recht genommen. Diesmal werden auch keine \u00f6konomischn Gr\u00fcnde als Ausrede in den Vordergrund gesetzt, obwohl es an Versuchen von Seiten der PP diesbez\u00fcglich nicht gemangelt hat: So nannte zum Beispiel M\u00aa Jos\u00e9 Ferrando die Nutzung von Kopfh\u00f6rer nmit\u00a0 Simultan\u00fcbersetzung eine \u00f6konomische Belastung\u00a0 und argumentierte so gegen den gesetzlichen Sprachschutz.\nWir k\u00f6nnen auch nicht verstehen warum beide Regierungsparteien bereits vor einigen Monaten die traditionellen Literaturpreise Arnal Cavero (f\u00fcr die Literatur in aragonesischer Sprache) und Guill\u00e9m Nicolau (f\u00fcr die Literatur in katalanischer Sprache) aufl\u00f6sten. Beide Preise wurden zusammengelegt und durch die Nachl\u00e4ssigkeit der aragonesischen Regierung diskreditiert bis sich keine Bewerber mehr einfinden. Selbst Pro-Regierungsmedien wie der Heraldo de Arag\u00f3n k\u00f6nnen diese Entscheidung nicht nachvollziehen.\nDiese und andere offizielle Medien haben jedoch in den letzten Monaten eine fortw\u00e4hrende Kampagne f\u00fcr die Rechte der Fremdesprachen in den aragonesischen Schulen gef\u00fchrt.\u00a0Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas m\u00f6chte hiermit feststellen, dass es das Ziel dieser Kampagne ist, die Debatte um die Minderheitensprachen im spanischen Staat abzuw\u00fcrgen. Die t\u00e4glichen Meldungen \u00fcber das neue Programm f\u00fcr Zweisprachlichkeit der aragonesischen Regierung sowie \u00fcber die Teilnahme der Elternvereine im Kampf f\u00fcr die Erlernung von Fremdsprachen und die fortw\u00e4hrende Ver\u00f6ffentlichung dieser Nachrichten geben daf\u00fcr beredtes Zeugnis.\nPolitischen Organisationen wie Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas haben immer die Vorteile der Multisprachlichkeit verteidigt. Nichtdestoweniger, nicht nur die aragonesische Medien haben sich dar\u00fcber ge\u00e4ussert, auch ein Sektor der Linke bzw. der Arbeiterbewegung hat es sich in der Debatte reingemischt. Gleichzeitig zu der Abstimmung und der folgenden Verneigung der katalanischen und aragonesischen Sprachen in dem Parlament, organisiert der Gewerkschaft CGT ein Kongress \u00fcber Zweisprachlichkeit der Fremdsprachen in Zaragoza.\nPuyal\u00f3n de Cuchas verteidigt die Mehrsprachlichkeit, deren Vorteile in den letzten Jahrhunderte von der dominanten Ideologie des spanischen Nationalismus in Frage gestellt wurde. Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas veut d\u00e9noncer que l’unique fin de cette obsesi\u00f3n est la de fermer le d\u00e9bat de l’enseignement en des langues minorizades dans l’\u00c9tat espagnol. L’annonce, jour sans autrui, du nouveau Plan de Bilinguisme du Gouvernement d’Aragon, l’apparition des APA\u2019s dans une lutte par cet enseignement public bilingue \u00e9trang\u00e8re, et la publication de cette nouvelles en des milieux ne tr\u00e8s habituaus \u00e0 cela, sont bonne preuve de cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n Depuis des secteurs politiques comme Puyal\u00f3n de Cuchas portons des ans en d\u00e9fendant les avantages de ce syst\u00e8me. Cependant, tant que les milieux officiels nous vont en accoutumant insistentemente \u00e0 cette nouvelle situation bilingue, depuis des secteurs de la gauche et\/ou lutte travailleuse s’est aussi ouvert un d\u00e9bat, que nous d\u00e9j\u00e0 croyions ils l’avaient ferm\u00e9.
